International Abrasive Technologies is a specialized convertor of industrial abrasives. Originally established in 2007 to fill a need in the marketplace for expertise in surface conditioning belts, IAT has significantly expanded its size, capacity, and product offering. In 2022, IAT purchased a manufacturer of quick change discs and moved the operations into its Indiana manufacturing facility. Simultaneously, the company added additional equipment to multiply capacity. IAT is a subsidiary of Plymouth Products, the premier producer of backing pads, plates, and accessories for the industrial abrasives industry. IAT is operated and managed by industry experts with over 25 years of experience.
